George Clooney Trivia From New 'Up In The Air' Movie - 341

If you ask me, adding George Clooney to one’s winter celebrations is a good thing. Add in a storyline about him traveling, and you’ve got a Galavanter’s delight. The film has been in limted release in the States for a bit, and set to be released nationwide on December 23rd as well as throughout the UK January 15th.

Happy, happy New Year to movie-goers everywhere… It looks compelling and has already been nominated for six Golden Globe Awards. But wait, that’s not all — since Galavanting readers are the sort that often board a plane themselves, the film’s promoters decided to run a little contest! See below for details.

From Jason Reitman, the Academy Award®  nominated director of ‘Juno,’ comes a comedy called ‘Up in the Air’ starring Academy Award® winner George Clooney as Ryan Bingham, a corporate hatchet man who loves his life on the road but is forced to fight for his job when his company downsizes its travel budget. He is required to spend more time at home just as he is on the cusp of a goal he’s worked toward for years: reaching ten million frequent flyer miles and just after he’s met the frequent-traveler woman of his dreams.

George Clooney Trivia Contest from ‘Up In The Air’

Here’s your chance to win your very own Up in the Air travel bag filled with everything needed for the perfect flight!

One lucky winner will receive an UITA travel essentials kit including a blanket, neck pillow, travel scales and adaptors, all combined in a cute travel bag!

For your chance to win simply answer this super easy question in comments;

How many frequent flyer miles is George Clooney’s character on the cusp of?

a) 100

b) 100,000

c) 10,000,000

For more information on the film, or to listen to the soundtrack visit the film’s website.

Contest rules: One comment per reader, please double-check to be sure you’ve entered your email address correctly. One user with the correct answer will be selected at random and notified by email.
