Cyprus Travel Guide - 408

Photo by Ai@ceIf you are looking travel tips compiled into an easy-to-carry reference, and the Mediterranean just happens to be your next destination; look no further.  Sovereign.com, a UK-based leader in luxury travel, has released the first in a new series of Insider’s travel guides.

The new resource is entitled, Insider’s Guide to Cyprus, and can be downloaded for free from the Cyprus destination page on the Sovereign.com site. It’s concise, organized and printer-friendly four pages are easy to slip into your carry-on. The simple guide is packed with information and tips which come from local hoteliers and concierge teams. As the name implies, they are designed to give travelers the inside scoop for the best possible holiday experience.

The first page alone provides tips for driving in the area and helpful Greek phrases to know before you go. Although it is important to note the sources of your travel information. For example the first page says:

Driving in Cyprus is just like driving at home. You drive on the left hand side of road…

Not in my home, of course, but I think most of us are smart enough to figure that one out in regards to our respective locations.

Along with recommended sites to see, hotels to choose, and restaurants to visit, the Useful Information column gives you exactly what you need to know fast. With a list of local festivals, foods, and drinks, you will know exactly where you are going and what you will be eating and drinking before you ever get off the plane.

The guide on Cyprus is the first of more to come. If you are the type of person who likes to pick up and go without much extensive research ahead of time, you’ll have what you need. If you are an endless travel researcher wanting to know the ins and outs of your destination, these guides will be also a great resource to get you started.
